2018 - Present
Director, CET China Programs.
Responsible for all the CET programs in China (including Beijing, Harbin, Shanghai, Kunming). After the outbreak of COVID-19, I led the CET team's quick transition to online teaching and improved the curriculum and teaching materials for all online teaching at CET-China. CET was the only American study abroad program that was retained in China during the COVID-19 pandemic.
2008 - 2017
Senior Academic Director, CET BJ Academic Programs. Responsible for the academic operation of the programs (China Study, Foreign Service Institute, Chinese Language), including program management, curriculum design, implementation, and innovation. Other responsibilities are faculty recruiting, training and supervision, leading projects of material development, coordinating with CET's host institutions in China, and dealing with student affairs of the CET programs.
